CMV continues to support cruise industry in WA

Cruise and Maritime Voyages (CMV) remains fully committed to returning its premium cruise ship Astor to Perth next summer. Astor is scheduled to arrive back in to Fremantle on 08 December 2107 for a fifth consecutive season Down Under.

Astor has been home-ported in Fremantle for the past four Australian summers, offering 17 return itineraries during each visit – at near full-capacity.

CMV is already enjoying strong sales for Astor’s 2017-18 season, which will again feature several visits to ports in WA’s spectacular South-West.

CMV currently makes more port calls in Western Australia than any other cruise line and will make 29 stops at Western Australian ports during Astor’s upcoming visit.

As well as Fremantle, Astor is scheduled for several visits to Albany, Busselton and Esperance.

CMV Australia CEO Grant Hunter said that Fremantle remains the preferred home-port for Astor when she heads to Australia.

“Plus WA has a large, knowledgeable and enthusiastic cruising public that supports Astor’s premium relaxed cruise product. So, CMV will continue to support them.”
