Coal Cellar + Grill Opens This Week At Hilton Adelaide

Hilton Adelaide will officially unveil one of its most extensive and anticipated renovations this week with the restaurant and lounge bar; Coal Cellar + Grill. http://www.legrandebaliuluwatu.com/

The 180 seat restaurant and lounge will provide guests and Adelaide locals alike with an unprecedented dining experience, in the heart of the city, offering simplicity, quality and consistency in all aspects of food, wine and service.

The new space, designed by Landini Associates, features natural timbers, leather, marble and granite whilst bespoke furniture has been crafted to reflect the design with raw, simple lines. The charcoal grill will be the key focus of the restaurant in both its form and function, complimented by an extensive 3000 bottle cellar that will house over 500 varieties from Australia and world-wide regions.

Coal Cellar + Grill will be unveiled to VIP guests for the first time this Thursday, and then open to the public from Friday 23rd October. Peer Norsell, General Manager Hilton Adelaide said “we are looking forward to showcasing and launching our new restaurant and lounge this week. Over 300 guests will experience the extensive wine offerings, the local and creative menu offerings and of course to experience the theatre and produce from the magnificent grill.”

Hilton Adelaide continues to champion the philosophy of Seriously South Australian® with the team of chefs forming a menu that praises and reflects the beauty of South Australian produce within the dishes. Mr Norsell said that “our passion for local produce, and the knowledge that we have gathered over the many years of our Seriously South Australian® campaign will make Coal Cellar + Grill menu a stand out.

The menu reflects our commitment to supporting South Australian produce and our passion and knowledge of how to use the finest ingredients. Our creative team of chefs have designed a menu to highlight the quality of the ingredients using a variety of cooking methods including the feature charcoal grill and rotisserie.

For business or something more secluded, Coal Cellar + Grill encompasses three private dining rooms available to seat 12 for an intimate setting or up to 60 people for a working lunch to a special occasion dinner.
