Mood, the signature roof top restaurant is known for authentic Lebanese cuisine and has a beautiful outdoor terrace offering superb views across the city. Le Boulevard, on the other hand, is popular for international cuisine while Snug, the Lobby lounge café, serves an excellent selection of snacks and pastries as well as refreshing hot and cold drinks.
Erik pointed out that the hotel’s culinary team has been experimenting with the ingredients to give a new twist to known dishes.
