Tramada Systems announces tramada® GDS App to trigger mid-office workflow automation directly from the GDS workspace. The tramada® GDS App assists corporate consultants with manually created bookings by completing the end-to-end booking process within the GDS workspace.

tramada® GDS App is an extension to the tramada® market leading automation capabilities for itinerary generation and distribution, service fee application, auto-invoice, auto-receipt, auto-ticketing and quality control tool integration.

Streamlined process for greater productivity

Consultants don’t need to remember complex remarks or codes to trigger automation as any available codes for that particular profile are shown in drop-lists for easy one click selection.

There is no need to toggle between systems and the booking is completed in one go.  Reducing manual data entry improves accuracy of data and streamlines the booking process improving productivity of corporate consultants.

tramada® stores all the information that is critical to the management of corporations’ travel expenditure and their travellers including policy exception codes, department and cost centre codes and a myriad of service fees codes to name a few. Once the consultant creates the PNR and places it in the queue tramada® GDS App applies the additional information on a booking or segment level.
