Le Méridien Bangkok unveils a chic combination of French and Chinese inspired cuisine at Latest Recipe for diners to savour together with a curated art exhibition by talented Chinese-French artist, Ugo Li.

Chine_French_Latest_RecipeFrom 01 June – 31 July 2014 discover a new culinary journey at Latest Recipe. Special menu items have been carefully designed by special guest chef, Chef Coco Lyu from our sister property in Shenzhen taking her inspiration from Chinese art and chic French flair.

Some highlights of our buffet include traditional and contemporary Hong Kong style dim sum such asSignature Crystal Shrimp Dumpling, Black Truffle Dumpling with Pork and Shrimp,Red Rice Noodle Rolls with Dried Shrimp. French specialties include seafood en papillote and sophisticated sweet temptations like éclairs and macaroons.

For a complete one-of-a-kind sensory experience Le Méridien Bangkok will also be featuring an art exhibition by, Ugo Li. His collection takes inspiration from major events in his unique Chinese-French life. Art work will be accessible in Le Méridien Hub and Latest Recipe.
