Costa Neoromantica Enters Asia – The Fifth Ship of Costa Asia Fleet

Costa Cruises, a brand under the world’s largest travel company Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK), today announced the Costa neoRomantica (57,130gross tonnage and 1,800 total guests) is based in Asia. She will be deployed regularly in the region and operated by the Costa Asia brand, offering cruises designed for local Guests.

The deployment of Costa neoRomantica comes as part of Costa Asia’s continuing investment strategy in the region and represents the company’s commitment to its valued markets in Asia. The company has consistently increased its capacity across the region in recent years, with Costa Victoria’s deployment in Asia in 2012, followed by Costa Atlantica (2013), Costa Serena (2015), Costa Fortuna (2016) and Costa neoRomantica (2017), demonstrating great confidence in the market by adding ships each year since 2015.

The interior design stands out for its contemporary style and was completed by a combination of work by Tillberg Design, a Swedish architectural firm, and Syntax, the London based company specializing in prestigious hotels and spas. With her welcoming atmosphere, exceptional amenities, and an even more thoughtful, attentive service, she is a proper elegant hotel on the waves.

With over 900 million Hong Kong Dollars, the innovatively restyled Costa neoRomantica continues bringing Asian passengers the flavor of “Italy at Sea”. The ship is a refined, prestigious and elegant ship, which sets a totally new itinerary to fascinating destinations, including Sokcho and Busan in Korea, Vladivostok in Russia and Hakodate, Aomori, Sakata, Niigata, Kanazawa, Maizuru and Sakaiminato in Japan. From April 26 to October 8, 2017, Costa neoRomantica will depart from Fukuoka to kick off the exclusive and unforgettable on-board journey – from 5D4N to 8D7N.

Its natural sights are so beautiful that the mountain was designated a natural monument preservation area in 1965. a mere 10 minutes walk from Sogongwon Park will lead you to Sinheungsa Temple, which makes it a good trail for visitors to take a leisure walk.
Busan Is Korea’s second-largest metropolis, a very popular destination for gourmet, shopping and leisure. The Gukje Market, one of Korea’s largest markets, the Bupyeong Market and Kkangtong Market must not be missed.
