In July 2020, cruise across the Baltic Sea from Norway all the way to Sweden, with ecruising’s unforgettable 33-night Midnight Sun & Baltic Beauty journey.

This unique itinerary invites guests on board Azamara Quest, where they will depart from Oslo, Norway on 8 July 2020. Described as a veritable boutique hotel at sea, the luxurious and intimate Azamara Quest is everything modern voyagers are looking for. Each of the ship’s sumptuous boutique-style cabins and staterooms feature contemporary amenities and furnishings, as well as their own veranda – the perfect place to sit back and take in the beautiful scenery passing by. Elsewhere, the Ship offers a myriad selection of world-class dining options, a spectacular pool and plenty of sun-drenched decks, not to mention revitalising wellness experiences and entertainment.
Throughout the journey, guests will have limitless opportunities to explore each on-shore destination and immerse themselves in its local culture and history. The first half of the itinerary – spanning 18-nights – will be spent exploring Norway’s dramatic coastline, with its many fjords and glaciers, dotted here and there with picturesque fishing villages.

On 26 July, the ship will set forth across Baltic Sea to Copenhagen, Denmark’s charming capital city, where passengers can spend a day experiencing its many local restaurants and attractions, not to mention some world class shopping. Azamara Quest will then continue her journey around the Baltic, taking in a plethora of port cities including Gdansk in Poland, Klaipeda in Lithuania and Riga in Latvia.

Arriving in Russia’s St. Petersburg on 1 August, guests will have 2 nights to explore the city’s many architectural gems, cultural centres and museums including its famed Hermitage Museum. From here, the cruise will continue on to the vibrant city of Helsinki in Finland, with its stunning islands and laid-back vibe, followed by a stop at the 1,000 year-old Estonian capital of Tallinn where guests can spend a day immersing themselves in the city’s old world charm. On 6 August guests will disembark Azamara Quest, in Stockholm in Sweden, where they will spend two nights prior to returning to Australia.

Says ecruising’s Brett Dudley, “The past few years have seen a huge surge of interest in Scandinavia and the Baltic, and it is hardly surprising considering the region offers up some of the most spectacular scenery and attractions in Europe, while still flying relatively below the mainstream tourist the radar. And if any extra incentive is needed, he adds, “The itinerary is also the perfect opportunity to enjoy experience Azamara Quest, undoubtedly one of the world’s leading luxurious small cruise ships sailing right now.” What’s not to like!

ecruising’s 33-night Midnight Sun & Baltic Beauty is priced from $18,849 per person and includes return economy airfares from Australia, all accommodation, transfers and all meals on board. Select standard spirits, beers and wine throughout the voyage also included.
