Pacific Jewel Stars on Getaway This Week
All of Australia will get a taste of P&O Cruises’ new food and wine themed cruises this Thursday at 7.30pm when Channel 9′s Getaway airs a story on the cruise line’s latest ship, Pacific Jewel. Natalie Gruzlewski and a crew from Getaway sailed on Pacific Jewel’s last food and wine themed three-night cruise on January 29-February 1. Exploring the food and wine theme, Natalie took time out to enjoy meals at Salt Grill with Luke Mangan, the Asian fusion restaurant La Luna and Waterfront restaurant, learnt a little more about wine with Glandore Estate winemaker Duane Roy, about fine dining at sea with celebrity chef Luke Mangan and how to make the perfect coffee with Nestle’s Tony Durante. Pacific Jewel’s spacious Aqua Spa also got the thumbs up, with Natalie sampling the signature Diamond facial treatment while onboard.
