MCOMS was selected as partner in new interactive technological amenities to provide a highly customizable guest facing cruise solution. 
Through the alliance that first started in 2017, Crystal Cruises clients in all Ocean and River ships of the legendary Cruise line fleet experience an unrivaled combination of luxury and value.
The collaboration started in 2017 with Crystal Bach, Chrystal Mahler and Crystal Symphony and continued in 2018 with Crystal Ravel, Crystal Debussy and Crystal Serenity. In 2019 Crystal Mozart was added to the list of luxury cruise ships that have deployed MCOMS HOTstream solution.

In designing HOTstream Cruise platform, MCOMS developed and used some of the most advanced technology, aiming for a solution that would be functional for both a luxury cruise ship and a five star hotel.
Guests can now relax and recharge in their cabins while ordering room service, making requests and reservations for the ship’s facilities, onboard events and activities. Features also include access to a variety of information on their TVs including onboard folios, presentations, destination info and daily restaurant menus. HOTstream Cruise also offers a vast library of blockbuster films and entertainment and music on Demand as well as live views from the ship and broadcasts of ship lectures.
