Cuisine Restaurant at Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa has once again been named as one of the best restaurants in Australia after being awarded a coveted hat in the Australian Good Food Guide (AGFG) chef hat awards.
Of the 118 awards presented to restaurants in New South Wales, Cuisine received the only hat awarded in the Snowy Mountain region.
Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa General Manager Anthony Cleary said the award is testament to the progressive attitude of the resort’s food and beverage team under the stewardship of executive chef Greg Pieper.
It is the fourth consecutive award-win for Cuisine, known for its classical, yet inventive, menu featuring local produce and its magnificent location overlooking Lake Crackenback and the surrounding mountains.
The AGFG Chef’s Hats have been awarded to discerning restaurants around Australia since 1982 after an anonymous judging review.
