Welcome all of you on a gourmet journey with authentic Cantonese cuisine at Dynasty restaurant on 24th floor at Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld. 

 The 102-dish a la carte menu is a list of delicious appetizers and delicacies of the Imperial Chinese era prepared by master Cantonese chef Kongsun Sae-Liang.

Enjoy a selection of traditional Chinese dishes such as Dynasty prawn salad, Deep-fried wrapped prawns and Yunnan ham, Barbecued whole suckling pig, Roasted duck Peking style, Sashimi lobster, Sauteed whole Mexican abalone steak, Braised whole fresh abalone with rich oyster sauce, Braised prawns with Chinese spinach and shrimp roe, Fried lobster with X.O. sauce, Sauteed conch shell with celery, Baked goose leg in casserole, Deep-fried king pigeon,and many other delicious menus. 

complete your meal with delicious desserts such as Double-boiled bird’s nest with coconut milk in a whole young coconut, Bird’s nest and gingko nuts in a light syrup (served hot or cold), Mashed taro cream with gingko nuts and sago, Sweetened rice dumplings stuffed with black sesame, Mashed taro and gingko nuts served in a warm syrup and many other desserts. 

Dynasty restaurant open daily 11.30-14.30 hrs. for lunch and 18.00-22.30 hrs for dinner.
