Dads, it’s your time to relax: Seafood Room Debuts Exclusive Father’s Day Brunch, Dal Duca Style

With the hard work they put in all year round, dads deserve to be rewarded on Father’s Day. To indulge them on this special occasion, Seafood Room is offering an exclusive Father’s Day Brunch on Sunday, 18 June, from 12:00pm3:30pmstarting at HKD448 per person. Free flow prosecco will be available for just an additional HKD100, or HKD200 for free flow Moët & Chandon Imperial Champagne, offering dads the perfect opportunity to kick back and relax.

Not only will each dad be pampered with the sumptuous spread of food and drink – Seafood Room has gifts covered as well. The first 40 fathers to make their bookings will receive a lapel handkerchief from Neapolitan lifestyle brand Dal Duca, a timeless and sophisticated gift to commemorate the occasion. In addition, Seafood Room will be gifting fathers with miniature bottles of Moët & Chandon champagne for their day of celebration.

Building on its already expansive brunch menu, Seafood Room will introduce new dishes exclusive to Father’s Day. Dads who brunch can feast on dishes including a succulent Beef Tataki with balsamic truffle dressing and summer truffles, as well as a ‘Surf & Turf’ dish (for an extra HKD168) featuring US prime beef tenderloin and lobster served with roasted vegetables and clarified butter –  guaranteed to satisfy even the largest of appetites. Both dishes will also be available à la carte at HKD178 and HKD388 respectively.

Fathers with a sweet tooth can also satisfy their cravings with the lavish dessert selection. Highlights include an Apple Tatin served with a side of rum raisin ice cream. This luscious dish is inclusive of the brunch price, but will also be available à la carte for HKD128.

Every father’s feast needs a stiff drink to accompany it. Raise a toast to dad with Le Mac de Papa (HKD148), a distinctive blend of Armagnac Gelas brandy, bergamot, rhubarb liquor and triple sec.

Aside from the Father’s Day specials, Seafood Room’s buffet counter will have an indulgent variety of seafood, cheese, charcuterie, salads and appetizers on offer for all brunch goers to enjoy. The Oyster and Gazpacho Shooter and Rock Shrimp Peruvian Ceviche are particular culinary delights, bringing unadulterated flavour from the ocean to the table.

Hearty main courses are also available from the kitchen to satiate your surf n’ turf cravings. From the sea, enjoy the Pan-seared Salmon served up with roasted fennel and spinach emulsion, or the Sea Bass featuring a side of couscous, sun-dried tomatoes and artichoke. For something earthier, choose from the Seasoned Asparagus Risotto topped with flavourful, aged parmigiana and the Grilled Churrasco served with fresh avocado and rocket.

Additional drinks packages available on the day include the Free Flow Moët Ice Imperial (HKD350), with all packages inclusive of house red and white wines, brunch cocktails and Peroni beer to ramp up the festivities this Father’s Day.
