The TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence is given to establishments that have consistently achieved great traveler reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year. Only the top-performing 10 per cent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award.

A recent review of one of the guests who stayed with his family said: “great atmosphere, amazing check-in /check-out staff. We stayed on full board, so great lunch, dinner and breakfast, fantastic spread, lots for the kids to eat as well, the whole family enjoyed. Thank you, Tirone for assisting us with the food and explaining the various dishes. Sure will go again.”

Margoushy said the he personally replies to the guests who are leaving their good or bad reviews. “We value all the comments and I share the comments with the team to encourage them to continue their excellent work and also to discuss ways on how we can improve on the areas that were cited by the guests in order to better our services.”
The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months. Recipients include accommodations, eateries and attractions that have continually delivered a quality customer experience.
