Delectable Dim Sum + Set Lunch Delights At Silk Road

Every day, passionate Hong Kong Chef Kam Sing and his dedicated team create classic and original authentic Hong Kong style dim sums that revitalize and advance the art  to new levels of indulgence.

On Monday to Saturday, explore their irresistible diversity with All You Can Eat Dim Sum Lunch or as one of four courses in three different Set Lunch Menus. On Sunday, the attention is entirely focused on a special edition Dim Sum Lunch that adds some of theDim Sum - Silk Road rarest delicacies to the menu.

Amidst Silk Road’s contemporary Cantonese splendour, receive a free flow of choice dim sum dishes until you are completely sated. Steamed, baked and deep fried, Chef Kam executes each piece to perfection using the finest ingredients and his special techniques. From Steamed crab leg/curry powder to Snow fish/yellow bean sauce, each dish is a delicacy that the palate appreciates. And they are just two of 26 offerings. You must also try the sue mai, deep fried tarot and rice buns, especially those filled with a piping hot sweet cream lava. Priced at THB 888 net per person.

Sunday adds nine extra delicacies to the exquisite mix, ranging Japanese abalone Cantonese soup to Silk Road’s signature Peking Duck, priced at THB 999 net per person,.

Equally tempting are the three Set Lunch options offered Monday to Saturday. Each sets starts with three baskets of dim sum selected from the all-you-can-eat menu, followed by soup, rice or noodles and dessert. For example, Set A combines chef’s special dim sum with Double boiled abalone, black chicken and Chinese herbs soup, then Pan-fried rice noodles topped with Hong Kong style pork, with Sesame rice dumpling/hot ginger tea for dessert. Each set is priced THB 666.

Silk Road’s decor harmonises fine Chinese calligraphy, delicate drawings and antique reproduction furniture with silky textured green, red and gold furnishing as befits a restaurant that promotes good health and good fortune in its guests. Lunch times draw the office crowd, shoppers and all lovers of upscale dim sum while evenings entice those who appreciate Cantonese cuisine prepared with utmost flare. Beside the stylish main dining room, five refined private dining rooms are available for advance bookings.
