It was announced earlier this month, that Delta Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort and Spa are the recipients of the prestigious Delta Hotels and Resorts’ Managed Hotel of the Year Award for 2014.
Hotel of the Year is awarded to the Delta hotel with top marks in Financial Performance, Guest Satisfaction and Employee Satisfaction.

In 2013, Delta Victoria achieved Platinum in Excellence, Innovation and Wellness as measured by the Standard set out by Excellence Canada and to this day holds the highest score in the history of Delta Hotels. “This set the stage for the team to go on the following year and be awarded Hotel of the Year” says Jackie Spencer, People Resources Director.

Delta Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort and Spa recently completed an extensive multi-million dollar renovation to all 240 guestrooms, 13,500 square feet of meeting space, lobby and LURE Restaurant & Bar. “The renovations have repositioned the Delta Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort and Spa as the product leader within the local hotel market”, says Hughes. “We are excited to offer our guests the most modern and recently renovated hotel product in Victoria.”
