Daniel Aldridge grew up in Perth, Western Australia and moved to Sydney’s Inner West in 2011. A self-taught artist whose illustrations are one continuous line drawing.
The exhibit explores the nameless faces of people he crosses paths with in everyday life. In conjunction with his use of colour and patterns, Daniel captures the characteristics and mood of these strangers in one simplistic, fluid movement.
Due to public demand and requests to purchase the artwork, the artist has agreed to sell the paintings and donate 20% of the profits to local Newtown Charity, The Shepherd Centre.
Dendy is proud to support local art and provide exhibit the work of emerging artists. If you wish to exhibit any artwork on site please contact Events, Publicity & Promotions Manager Christopher Donnelly for further details.
The artist is available for interview and all media requests and phone calls on site to be arranged with Daniel Aldridge, with the support of Dendy Cinemas.
