In a Resort first, InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort has launched High Coffee – a transformation from the traditional art of tea, charm and chatter – into a sophisticated ritual of espresso-infused wonder.
Designed by a philosophy of connection and celebration, High Coffee will launch Sunday 29 May inside the Resort’s signature restaurant, The Fireplace.
Blending caffeine, sweets and savouries, the culinary journey has been curated with precision to include a selection of traditional afternoon sandwiches, warm savouries, a palate cleansing sorbet, warmed afternoon sweets and espresso-inspired delicacies. Signature pieces include smoked pumpkin scones with cream, Earl Grey macarons, espresso lamingtons and The Fireplace’s signature éclair with coffee-custard.
The menu is enriched with the expertise from the Resort’s resident barista matching Vittoria Coffee Single Origin blends.
