Available since 1st April 2016, Le marché de Jean Imbert is a delicious full meal created by chef Jean Imbert, which can be ordered for 21 euros or 7,000 Flying Blue Miles as an alternative to the standard menu offered on board. Premium Economy and Economy customers can enjoy this gourmet menu created by the winner of the French TV show Top Chef in 2012, on departure from Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly on the Company’s long-haul network.
Jean Imbert offers innovative flavours for a new gourmet experience in the sky:
– a cold starter with organic quinoa, poached egg and tarragon ;
– a warm stew to remind you of your childhood;
– a fruity fondant dessert inspired by his big final.
This new partnership between the Company and Jean Imbert illustrates Air France’s ambition to offer all its customers an ever more personalized trip.
AIR FRANCE’S A LA CARTE MENUS
On departure from Paris, on long-haul flights in Economy and Premium Economy, Air France offers four “A la Carte” menus as an alternative to the standard meal offered on board: le marché de Jean Imbert, “Une Sélection LeNôtre”, Océan and Tradition menus.
These menus can already be ordered* for a price of between 12 and 28 euros, or 4,000 to 8,500 Flying Blue Miles, at airfrance.fr when you purchase your ticket or in the “View/modify your bookings” section, when you check in online or from an Air France call centre or ticket office up to 24 hours before departure.
*Offer available on all long-haul flights on departure from Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly which offer a hot meal, except flights to Amman, Bangalore, Bombay and Delhi.
