At Rossini’s, Chef Paride Noviello begins the New Year from January 6th onwards with delicious new additions to his enticing menu of modern Italian cuisine.

Highlights on the highly accomplished new menu include rich and flavorful seared goose liver with pumpkin espuma and amaretti crumble, a satisfying Tuscan-style artichoke soup with 24 month aged Parmesan cheese, and perfectly cooked risotto with seafood, Prosecco and fava beans. Discerning diners can also enjoy homemade beetroot pappardelle with lamb ragout, succulent veal ossobuco with gremolata and butternut squash purée, and Adriatic John Dory with olives, bell peppers and Italian parsley emulsion. There’s an also irresistible dessert to indulge in such as Manjari chocolate with raspberry coulis and hazelnut crisp.
