The second of Pei Modern’s seasonal dinners on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 will see Chef Matt Germanchis and team plate up warming autumnal dishes, using the best produce from New South Wales.


Matt will serve up his new take on autumn cuisine including plump birds and rich game meats from Game Farm, Vic’s and Holmbrae, and delicious vegetables from Marty Boetz’ Cooks Co-Op including new season quinces, meaty pine mushrooms, fennel and more.

With special guests throughout the evening, the night will be a chance to celebrate the exceptional autumnal produce from Sydney and surrounds.
