Wednesday, 5 to 7 May 2014 at Bamboo Chic Restaurant for only IDR 799,000 net per person.

Located right next to the resort’s 1,300 square meters saltwater lagoon pool, Bamboo Chic restaurant will once again host an

impressive wine dinner presented by Spanish winery, Freixenet Cava, for three days only.

Exclusive on the first day (May 5th), guests will be welcomed with a sumptuous pre-dinner reception with Freixenet sparkling wines and mouth-watering canapé savories at Smoqee Sky Bar, followed by the main procession of wine dinner at Bamboo Chic, where on the first day; Chef Pere Massana will collaborate with the resort’s Executive Chef Hugo Thiebaut. On the subsequent two days, these exceptional Freixenet wine dinners will be hosted by the Michelin-starred Chef Pere Massana himself.

Featuring succulent gastronomies superbly prepared for the gourmet dinner, guests will be indulged with four-course dishes paired with exquisite wines handpicked by the award-winning Chef Pere Massana. The menu for the wine dinner will be made of Artichokes stuffed with mushrooms and foie-gras, Squid Romescada, Duck ‘Rostit’ with plums and vegetables, and Catalan cream cake with raspberries.
