unnamed (18)As we dive into Hong Hong’s sweltering summer months, it’s time to escape the heat with some refreshing sun-downers. Pirata, known for its Vermuteria with its extensive vermouth collection, have crafted new cooling in-house cocktails for the summer. Located on Wan Chai’s Hennessy Road, Pirata is the perfect spot for a pre-dinner aperitivo or to while away the evenings over a long refreshing drink.

Transporting guests to a quaint summer garden is the Admiral Tea (HKD90) with Bombay Sapphire, English breakfast tea, house-made orange and cardamom infused syrup, and fresh grapefruit.

Those looking for more tropical shores can sip on the Pirata Tiki Allspice (HKD95) with Plantation 3 Stars Rum, fresh apple juice, vanilla syrup and house-made allspice dram and mint.
