Dorsett Hospitality International Wins Prestigious Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards (HAPA) Regional Series 2016 -2018
Dorsett Grand Labuan and Dorsett Singapore are honoured to be among the winners of the prestigious Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards (HAPA) Regional Series 2016-2018. Both hotels which are managed by Dorsett Hospitality International were nominated in a few categories alongside other participating hoteliers in the region to achieve these accolades at the recent Awards Gala Presentation held in Kuala Lumpur.

Known as the “Oscars of Hospitality”, the Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards (HAPA) Regional Series 2016-2018 kept to the core belief to HAPA’s inception – to raise the standards of hospitality and to award those who excel in their fields. With strong dedication to hold up to the spirit of HAPA, the hotels bagged themselves six prestigious accolades at the esteemed Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards (HAPA). Triumphing in the “HAPA Best 5-star Hotel”, “HAPA Service Excellence – Accommodation” and “HAPA Concierge Excellence” by Dorsett Grand Labuan; “HAPA General Manager of The Year – Mr Philip Wong”, “HAPA Service Excellence – Accommodation” and “HAPA Housekeeping Excellence” by Dorsett Singapore respectively, these hotels were elected and chosen after a series of judgement process by fellow panel of judges. They were then strived against the cream of the crop from the region for the ultimate recognition, thus raising the bar of service excellence by hotels.
