19 December 2015 marked Dorsett Putrajaya’s first event held at Precinct 3, Putrajaya, Malaysia. The Fun Ride was attended by 431 participants from all corners of the state of Selangor, ranging from 2 years until 81 years of age. Popular bloggers such as BangsarBabe, MissyBlurKit as well as representatives from several publications, key members of Perbadanan Putrajaya, Vice Chairman of Awqaf Holdings Berhad, Tuan Haji Sahar Mat Din and Tuan Rudy Abdullah from Police District of Putrajaya graced the event.
A total of 18 children from Rumah Amal Peribadi Mulia attended the Fun Ride and received a Dorsett Bag Pack consisted of a Dorsett Bear, a pair of in-door slippers and a kid sized Dorsett toothbrush each.
The cycling and running event was continued with the ‘Spin the Wheel’ activity and 58 Lucky Draw Prizes.
Dorsett Putrajaya extends their heartiest congratulations to Pn Nurul Asysura Musa, the Lucky Draw Grand Prize winner of 3 days 2 nights stay at Hotel Agora Regency Sakai, Osaka and 150,000 Enrich Miles that was equivalent to 2 return Economy flight tickets to Japan.
In conjunction with its CSR efforts, Dorsett Putrajaya and its sister hotels, Dorsett Kuala Lumpur, Silka Cheras Kuala Lumpur and Silka Maytower Kuala Lumpur have collected RM2311 from ‘Spin the Wheel’ during the event. Throughout the year of 2016, Dorsett Putrajaya will continuously channel financial support to Rumah Amal Peribadi Mulia.
