Downtown Seattle Hotel Occupancy Spurs New Development

Seattle’s record hotel occupancy of 83 percent in 2015 and high group and leisure demand are stimulating plans for much-needed new hotel development in the city. More than ten hotel projects could add some 3,000 new guest rooms to the city in three years.
