This Mother’s Day, treat Mum to two Michelin starred authentic Cantonese cuisine and creative cocktails at Duddell’s, where she can relax and enjoy her day in the Salon, Garden Terrace or Restaurant. Sunday 10 May highlights include: a champagne cocktail cleverly named “That’s What She Said” crafted by bar manager Marek Vojcarcik, complimentary treats for all Mums and a gift from renowned Australian skincare brand Aesop for her to take home.
Duddell’s Mother’s Day brunch, lunch and dinner menus will remain unchanged, however all mothers will receive an off-menu treat, compliments of the chef. The day’s treats include abalone puffs at brunch and lunch and double-boiled milk custard at dinner. Mums visiting Duddell’s for dinner with a reservation for four or more will also receive a complimentary “That’s What She Said” cocktail for each person in her party. Art-loving Mums will enjoy the exhibitions currently on display at the institution, including Duddell’s presents: ICA Off-Site: Hong Kongese, showcased upstairs in the Salon and Library and Mesmerized by Ink: Two Hong Kong Masters featuring paintings from the M K Lau Collection, exhibited on the third floor. The former was featured on this year’s Art Basel VIP Programme while the latter is often shown in leading institutions around the world.
Duddell’s Weekend Salon Brunch includes unlimited dim sum dishes served with free-flow fresh juices, soft drinks and water for $480 per person/$250 per child below 10; free-flow Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label, “That’s What She Said” and other seasonal cocktails, and red and white wine can be added on for an additional $100 per person.
Duddell’s a la carte dinner menu in the restaurant on Level 3 includes signature dishes such as Fried Fresh Lobster, Scallion and Shallots, Poached Garoupa with Caviar in Pumpkin Soup and Crispy Salted Chicken. Signature dim sum dishes available in the restaurant include Shrimp Dumpling with Matsutake Mushroom, Abalone Puff with Chicken and Fried Rice Roll with XO Chili Sauce.
