LEGOLAND Discovery Centre is launching DUPLO Kids Club to entertain kids aged four and under! Taking place every weekday, kids can build and create with DUPLO whilst learning numbers, letters, colours and animals.

Australia’s only indoor LEGO® playground is introducing the interactive workshops in 2019; 50 years since LEGO created DUPLO to inspire toddlers to unlock their full potential through creative experiences.

Hosted by LEGOLAND Discovery Centre’s fun and friendly team members, DUPLO Kids Club runs on weekdays from 10am – 1pm with the fun including DUPLO building games, storytelling and colouring activities.

The interactive workshops were designed by LEGOLAND Discovery Centre’s Master Builder, Dave Holder, whose role also involves curating exhibitions, building new models and working closely with children, families and school groups.

“The aim is to encourage learning by doing and foster exploration, discovery and experimentation. Some of the activities in DUPLO Kids Club will include building a home for DUPLO animals, creating a tea party with DUPLO food and constructing a big DUPLO tower,” said Dave.

Emmet and Wyldstyle from The LEGO Movie and LEGOLAND Discovery Centre’s mascot, Bertie, are on hand to meet children and pose for photos!

LEGOLAND Discovery Centre is offering a discounted rate for families taking part in DUPLO Kids Club. Tickets are available from 9:30am – 1:00pm and cost $32.50 for a family of two, $48 for a family of three and $64 for a family of four. Children under 3 visit for free.

DUPLO Kids Club is not available on weekends or during the Victorian school holidays. For further information about DUPLO Kids Club at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre visit:www.LEGOLANDDiscoveryCentre.com.au
