From the bar, signature DC Tasting Boards presents a selection of tapas, charcuterie and cheeses matched to gins and cocktails. Sweet tooths sees decadent favourites deconstructed into shareable desserts with a nostalgic edge.
Owner operator Matthew Hilan is pleased to step it up with Dutch Courage as the kitchen joins the bar in producing real taste sensations. “We want our clientele to select the dishes with the cocktails they want to try,” he said. “Dutch Courage takes pride in great cocktails and good food. With our kitchen open till 1am on weekends, guests can enjoy after-work nibbles through to late-night desserts.”
