Guests can feast until their hearts’ content with the Hotel’s expansive Thanksgiving Buffet. Enjoy a wide variety ofantipasto and tapas including cured meats, boutique farmhouse cheeses, marinated local vegetables, and an assorted bread station with house-infused olive oils; the hot buffet will include Executive Chef Gian Nicola Colucci’s mouth-watering lobster ravioli with lobster cognac sauce, pumpkin and apple roasted risotto, turkey burrata ravioli and traditional favorites; action stations and carving will display a decadent smoked thom turkey with braised bourbon bacon and pear stuffing, sea salt crusted red snapper, prime rib, and more; the soup is smoked gouda and wild mushrooms; the pastry and dessert station will offer traditional pies, Italian housemade gelato, maple pumpkin pie pops, espresso mascarpone cheesecake and more; and finally the kid’s buffet will feature pizza, chicken nuggets, mini burgers, fruit skewers and tasty desserts.
Seating begins at 10:30 am and is available until 4:30 pm. Reservations are USD 90 per adult and USD 37 per child 12 and under, excluding tax and gratuity. Children four and under dine for free. Limited seating is available and includes complimentary bottomless Bloody Marys and Bottomless Mimosas. Reservations can be made by calling the Hotel directly at 314 881 5759.

Hosting Thanksgiving? Enjoy more time with friends and family while Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis does the cooking. The scrumptious Thanksgiving To Go for ten includes a whole roasted free range turkey with bourbon bacon and pear stuffing, orange-cranberry sauce, roasted sweet potato puree, roasted brussels sprout, giblet-sage gravy, whipped potatoes, green bean casserole, dinner rolls and a choice of two pies. Cost is USD 325 and all orders must be received no later than Tuesday, November 17; orders may be picked up on Thanksgiving Day between 6:00 am and 12:00 pm at Four Seasons front drive.
