Eat Fresh at Le Bistro Winebeast this Summer

For the hot summer days ahead, starting now till the end of July, upscale French bistro, Le Bistro Winebeast serves up new & refreshing summer dishes. 

The 4-course dinner menu is HK$598 per person with wine pairing and HK$498 per person without. Known for his sophistication in detail, Chef Johan of Le Bistro Winebeast makes the most of the freshest ingredients available in the season to create colourful dishes that pop and continues to cement French and Asian elements to the plate. 

Wine, dine and feast off with Smoked Sardine tossed into Pedro Ximenez Gran Reserva vinegar marinade, pear marmalade and enoki. The main signatures that are hard to miss this season include Seared-Red Tuna* and Confit Pork Cheek. A summer sweetener features the Republica Del Cacao 70% Dark Chocolate Fondant with chestnut cream and vanilla ice cream.

Those opting for à la carte, highlights include the Frapas (French Tapas) (HK$ 138 for 4), Swordfish Ceviche (HK$148), Griddle-Grilled Seabream Fillet (HK$248), Grilled Presa Iberica (HK$278) and a Trio of Mini Desserts served with ice cream (HK$138).
