Elements restaurant at The Okura Prestige Bangkok has introduced a table menu featuring four new à la carte lobster dishes created by chef de cuisine Henry Jordan.
The four new dishes are designed to satisfy the ever growing demand in Bangkok for this very popular marine crustacean.
“Bangkok is a city full of diners that wait every year with much anticipation for the new lobster season. Elements restaurant once again satisfies the huge demand for lobster with a table menu featuring lobster bisque, heirloom beetroot and lobster salad, lobster stuffed hushpuppies, and the main course of espelette poached Maine lobster,” explains Henry. Prices for these new selections start at Baht 350++.
