Elevate Gourmet Brands and joint venture partner E&K Retail Airport Concessions, LLC have been awarded a contract to build and operate two new Whisk & Bowl locations at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. These Terminal A & C locations will bring European-style pastries, fresh-baked treats, breakfast and a full espresso bar to travelers.

“We thank DFW for the opportunity to work with them and launch the Whisk & Bowl brand here in Texas. We’re very proud to be awarded these leases with our first proposal of the Whisk & Bowl concept,” said Chief Operating Office Brian Laliberte.

Whisk & Bowl’s menu was developed by Elevate Gourmet Brands’ own Chef George Kennedy- also Director of Non-Traditional Development for the company. Chef George drew from more than 20 years of culinary experience to create the sweet and savory baked goods, artisan treats and even some Texas-inspired menu surprises DFW travelers will be able to enjoy when Terminal A & C Whisk & Bowl locations open in early 2019.
