Emirates and Dubai Tourism Mega Famil Is Back In 2014

The Emirates and Dubai Tourism Mega Famil is back and bigger than ever in 2014, set to host more than 280 travel agents from Australia and New Zealand to experience the best of Emirates Airline and it’s home and hub, Dubai.

Some of Australia’s top-selling Dubai agents will be invited to experience the airline and the emirate first-hand from the 14thto the 19th of May while New Zealand agents will visit between the 11th and 17th of May.

The itinerary will include five jam-packed days for agents to familiarise themselves with the latest attractions and experiencing Dubai’s culinary and cultural diversity whilst appreciating some of the quintessential experiences on offer in Dubai. To top off the new itinerary, agents will take part in a “Discover MyDubai Day” with challenges at some of Dubai’s unique attractions, culminating with a celebration event and prizes.

At the completion of the mega group, ten premium sellers will take part in a specialised itinerary to showcase the luxury elements of Dubai and Emirates from 18th – 23rd May. These lucky agents will be premium top-sellers of both Dubai and Emirates, with agents drawn from NSW, ACT,  Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania and New Zealand. The exclusive programme will demonstrate the resorts, culinary experiences and attractions that meet the needs of the Business and First Class market.  Sponsors of this exclusive programme include Al Maha Desert Resort & Spa, Sofitel Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa and Burj Al Arab

All agents will experience Emirates’ full service offering to and from Dubai, including service delivered by a multi-lingual crew, gourmet food and wine, up to 1,600 channels of on-demand inflight entertainment and generous luggage allowances. Emirates operates 84 flights a week from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide to Dubai, including four daily services onboard the state of the art A380. Across the Tasman Emirates flies 28 services a week from Christchurch and Auckland to the East Coast of Australia, before those flights continue on to Dubai.
