Emirates Hits A Hole In One

Emirates, along with Avis and Tourism Ireland treated key travel industry partners to a special Golf Day when it hosted close to 70 travel partners at St Michaels Golf Club in Little Bay on Tuesday.

Travel agents, trade partners and special guests including Kerri-Anne Kennerley, were treated to brunch, a game of golf and twilight dinner and drinks.

Emirates actively shares and support its passengers’ interests and is dedicated to the game of golf in Australia, having been a partner of the Emirates Australian Open since 2009. Played from 28 November – 1 December this year at Royal Sydney Golf Club, the partnership allows Emirates to showcase its brand to golf lovers not only in Sydney, but around the country.

As the Official Airline of over 10 other major golf championships worldwide, including the Australian PGA Championship, Emirates extends its support of golf to passengers by allowing them to check in a set of golf clubs free of charge – in addition to the generous checked baggage allowance – in any class on all Emirates flights.
