Emirates touches down in Newark via Athens

Emirates has commenced its daily passenger service between Newark Liberty International Airport and Dubai International Airport, via Athens.Newark is Emirates’ 12th US gateway and second to the greater Tri-State Area, complementing the carriers existing four daily flights from Dubai and John F. Kennedy International Airport. Newark provides U.S.-bound travellers seamless access to New York, Connecticut and the broader New Jersey State. Travellers beyond New Jersey and the Tri-State Area can take advantage of Emirates’ partnerships with JetBlue Airways, Alaska Airlines, Virgin America, allowing for connections to and from more than 100 destinations across the U.S., Caribbean and Mexico. Emirates also now accepts the TSA PreCheck program on flights departing from the US. Since 2004, Emirates has carried more than 16.1 million passengers on U.S. flights since launching services to New York.
