ÉPURE, the glamorously chic French restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui, is celebrating weekends with a dedicated afternoon tea set which presents contemporary French flavours at their finest.
Served either in the 17th Century restaurant designed to mimic Louis XIV’s “hunting lodge,” or out on the elegant garden terrace framed by the stunning panorama of Victoria Harbour, the ÉPURE afternoon tea indulgence can be enjoyed every Saturday, Sunday and public holiday from 3pm – 6pm.
Using the freshest seasonal ingredients from France, Chef Nicolas Boutin and his team have designed over a dozen delicacies including classic delights such as Scone nature & orange and Macarons du jour, a hand-picked selection of daily macarons. Delectable savouries include Caviar & citron, Petit pain au homard, a lobster black truffle sandwich, as well as Le foie gras, duck foie gras with cranberries & gingerbread. Delightful, carefully crafted sweets including the l’Opera truffe, a truffle scented almond biscuit with ganache and Madagascar vanilla butter cream, Delice framboise pistache, a pistachio & raspberry sponge cake with mousse, and thé matcha & chocolat noir, a green tea cream with a crispy layer of 66% caraibe dark chocolate, are also not-to-be-missed.
The brand new ÉPURE Luxury Summer Afternoon Tea (HKD398 per person) provides one glass of fresh orange juice. For those who want to relax and enjoy a bit of bubbly, the addition of a free-flow Frédéric Lornet Crémant du Jura Rosé (supplement of HK$238) or Billecart-Salmon Brut NV(supplement of HKD238) is available.
