Presenting delightfully flavoursome Spanish recipes that have been tweaked to suit the local’s palate, diners can begin the meal with the basics – the soups. Tantalise the taste bud with heart-warming Hazelnut Cream Soup, aromatic Castilian Garlic Soup or opt for the equally tasty classic Pumpkin Soup.
Notable appetisers such as the Couscous with Caramelised Quesuco Cheese, Grilled Prawns with Canary Mojo, Piquillo Peppers stuffed with White Fish and Baked Leeks in Béchamel Sauce topped with Crispy Beef Brisket are not to be overlooked.
In the mains counter, there are the Mixed Seafood Paella, Layered Tortillas with Minced Meat, Sirloin Steak with Stewed Onion and Sweet Mustard, Grilled Red Snapper with Smoked Paprika Marinade and Melon Salsa, Seafood Burritos, Braised Lamb Shank and Rice with Tuna and Prawn to name a few.
Other must have are the simply likeable Roasted Jerk Lamb Leg with Garlic and Rosemary Sauce, Barbequed Beef Ribs with Herbs and Spices and Oven Baked Chicken Roulade stuffed with Jalapeno in the carving station.
The dessert counter will cause a ripple of excitement with treats selection such as Tres Leches Cake (sponge cake soaked with milk), Crema Catalana (infamous crème brulee) and Polvorones De Naranja (Triple Orange cookies), Peach filled with Custard topped with Meringue and the all – time favourite Churros with Chocolate!
