Even faster for Express Tickets

An upgraded Express Tickets service within the Express Ticketing platform being implemented this month will deliver faster fare search and ticketing as well as sophisticated enhancements for self management of ticketing and fare comparison, Express Ticketing announced this morning.

Executive General Manager of Express Ticketing, Ari Magoutis (pictured) said Express Tickets’ robust validation engine delivered new speed and simplifies all ticketing processes without compromising accuracy.

“But this upgrade is more than speed and a fresh modern look,” he said. “For instance, we have a new ticketing activity dashboard with integrated calendar which gives consultants instant access to their own ticketing activity, ticket status as well as refund, voiding and reissue functionality and current fare news within a single display. An inbuilt personal calendar feature also ensures consultants do not miss out on important expiry dates on selected fares and TTL’s on their own ticketing.”

The upgrades make it easier for agents to service their customers, which of course mean better bottom line performance, he said
