unnamed (7)There are over 70 Morton’s steakhouses in North America and Asia, from Chicago to Singapore. But there is only Morton’s Steak & Seafood Grille, and that’s in Shanghai’s IAPM Mall. It’s a wholly unique experience, combining everything that makes the original Morton’s great — premium steaks, impeccable service, exquisite Martinis — with the freshest premium seafood available. And now the Morton’s Steak & Seafood Grille has upped the ante with a brand-new menu.

For dinner, Morton’s already world-class selection of steaks and chops has only gotten better with the edition of all new cuts, like their12oz. Signature Cut New York Strip Steak (RMB 518) and the “Tomahawk” (RMB 1388), a beautifully marbled beast of a bone-in ribeye. Weighing in at 1500g, it’s perfect for sharing and easily feeds two to three hungry diners.

Seafood lovers will also be spoiled for choice by a selection of timeless favorites, like rich and creamy Stuffed Shrimp Thermidor (RMB 388) or Seafood Bouillabaisse (RMB 698), a fragrant stew of Dungeness crab, blue mussels, clams, and shrimp served with a crusty sourdough to soak up the sauce.

For lunch, guests can indulge in a vast array of flavors, with starters like the crispy Fried Asparagus with cheese sauce (RMB 148) or a classic creamy New England Style Clam Chowder (RMB 98/160).

Morton’s “Prime Lunch Selections” are the main event. Guests can start with a choice of soup or salad, like Lobster Bisque or a Chopped Spinach Salad, followed by pan-seared Fillet of Halibut with crisp snow peas and smoky bacon (RMB 158) or a Shrimp Scampi Capellini (RMB 228), a bed of delicate angel hair pasta simmered in white wine and topped with plump, tender shrimp; sweet, juicy tomatoes; and toasted pine nuts.

For a lighter option, guests can simply opt for one of Morton’s lunchtime soup and salad combos: Roasted Tomato Bisque (RMB 105),Lobster Bisque, or Clam Chowder (RMB 138) all with a choice of one of Morton’s fresh salads.

Morton’s is also unveiling a bevy of hand-held lunch favorites, like their all-new Hot Pastrami Reuben (RMB 278). It’s an iconic deli sandwich stacked with all the classic trimmings — Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, 1000 Island dressing, and Morton’s very own homemade pastrami — on toasted rye bread.

Morton’s Short Rib Steak Tacos (RMB 158) offer a twist on a Mexican favorite. Fork tender, slow cooked short ribs are served in a corn tortilla (available as a starter at dinner, too). Also, as if it weren’t delicious enough as is, Morton’s world famous crab cake is now a sandwich, too. Order the Crab Cake Sandwich as a Bar Bite or as an appetizer (RMB 188).

And of course, guests who seek the classic Morton’s experience need look no further than a classic cut like Morton’s 14oz. Center Cut Ribeye (RMB 508), or a 24oz Porterhouse.
