Ambitious plans to position Laguna Lang Co as one of Asia’s most far-reaching integrated resorts are ratcheting up with the official launch of the property’s exclusive Banyan Tree Residences.

Unfolding over 280 hectares of prime oceanfront real estate in central Vietnam, the project is already renowned for its two award-winning resorts Banyan Tree and Angsana Lang Co as well as its championship golf course, designed by UK legend Sir Nick Faldo.

The project is currently entering a exciting new phase that is likely to earn even more kudos.

Expansion over the next few years will see Laguna incorporate an international-scale casino, additional high-quality hotels and real estate components ranging from townhouses to the sumptuous Banyan Tree Residences, which were unveiled at an event in Ho Chi Minh City at the end of November.

The exquisite residences are destined to be a key driver for investment. Laid out on a jungle-clad mountainside at the northern end of the property, there are 40 residences in total.

Villas are built at heights from 45 to 85 meters and vary in size from a 152sqm one-bedroom layout to a more expansive 260sqm three-bed configuration.

Each unit has its own outdoor infinity pool. Long views over the ocean towards Laguna’s3km-long stretch of private beach are arguably the most outstanding feature of the residences.

Nevertheless, there are plenty of other compelling draws for investors. Managed by Banyan Tree, the residences are designed and finished to the exacting requirements demanded by the high-end hospitality brand.

All feature tasteful, contemporary furnishings, carefully chosen artworks and subtle exterior and interior design influenced by the traditional architecture of Hue, Vietnam’s former imperial capital which is an hour’s drive north of Lang Co.

In addition to the peerless vistas and world-class comfort and design offered by the residences, owners can take advantage of other perks at Laguna Lang Co including access to exclusive spas, golf, excursions, watersports and multiple F&B outlets.

These encompass everything from the beachfront Azura where Mediterranean cuisine and fresh seafood can be sampled to the soundtrack of gently lapping waves to Saffron, Banyan Tree’s signature Thai restaurant, which is perched on a hilltop with stunning sea views.

Owners will also gain access to the Sanctuary Club, a reciprocal program that offers members generous benefits at other Banyan Tree properties worldwide.
