Experience Co. Launches Australia’s Ultimate Multi-Adventure Pass Deal

Australia’s leading adventure tourism company, Experience Co (ASX:EXP), has announced the launch of a one-stop-shop travel experience package, the Xpass.

Xpass brings together EXP’s eight Australian based operators, giving customers access to an unprecedented range of activities across 24 locations nationwide.

The product combines: Raging Thunder, Skydive Australia, Cairns Hot Air Balloon Co., Cairns Canyoning, Fitzroy Island Adventures, Reef Magic Cruises, GBR Helicopters, Big Cat Green Island Reef Cruises and Tropical Journeys (Calypso).

Xpass provides customers access to multiple world-class activities, including tandem skydiving, white-water rafting, canyoning, tropical island tours, Daintree 4WD tours, boat and helicopter tours to the Great Barrier Reef, and hot air ballooning across North Queensland, Byron Bay and the Hunter Valley.

“We’re giving our customers the flexibility of accessing multiple experiences of all thrill levels with a single booking,” said EXP CEO Anthony Ritter.

“We dedicate a lot of time and research developing new, unique and innovative products,” Mr Ritter said.

“The diversity offered by Xpass is unlike anything currently available in the national market and we’re proud to bring such a blend of inspiring adventures to our customer base.

“As a tourism operator, it’s important to remember that each person’s adrenaline appetite and perception of the ideal experience is unique.

“For example, 82 per cent of our skydiving customers are aged between 18 and 35, and that’s a vastly different customer demographic to those who want to do a helicopter scenic flight over the Great Barrier Reef. Families are another challenge as each member can have completely different ideas of what’s enjoyable.

“We needed to ensure that a 21 year old wanting to do white water rafting is just as satisfied as a 45 year old customer wanting to do a glass bottom boat tour. Xpass allows us to do this because we can offer enjoyment to every single one of our customers, no matter their preferred experience or desired thrill level.”
