La Dame

Offering the highest expression of excellence of French dining, La Dame features a bespoke menu created by Silversea’s top chefs.  Quintessentially Parisian, extremely elegant and very refined, dishes are a fusion of tradition and modernity.

Kaiseki

Reflecting a passion for tradition and performance, Kaiseki’s varied and balanced menus feature sushi, sashimi and other raw Asian-inspired dishes during the day with teppanyaki available exclusively for evening diners. 

Indochine

Evoking a sense of exotic mystery, Indochine invites guests to embark on an exquisite journey of Asian culinary discovery. From the spice markets of Mumbai, to the exoticism of Thailand and Vietnam, guests will experience an abundance of intriguing flavours.

Atlantide

An elegant bar and grill, Atlantide incorporates the very best the sea has to offer.  Created to excite the taste buds, designer dishes such as royal crab, blue lobster and Verbena infused red snapper in a sea salt crust, are showcased alongside the best steaks offshore.
