Set on the rooftop floor at Level 24, elevate the evening with a romantic semi-alfresco dinner complemented with a glass of champagne and an expansive rooftop pool view with scenic Orchard city skylines setting as the backdrop. Impress your Valentine further with a six-course menu of handcrafted masterpieces curated by il Cielo Chef Yohhei Sasaki, incorporating seasonal Italian and Japanese ingredients perfected with unique Japanese flair.

Highlights of the Valentine’s menu include the signature Kinmedai (golden eye snapper) carpaccio with seaweed tuile and Madeira wine dressing topped with pink grapefruit snow, homemade ravioli stuffed with salted cod fish mousse, tri-colored cauliflower salad and squid ink sauce, braised Hokkaido snow beef A5 neck with tardivo radicchio, white polenta purée and Valrhona dark chocolate sauce. Conclude the evening on a sweet note with homemade raspberry panna cotta with sweet white chocolate mousse and Valrhona chocolate sauce. 

Romantic Valentine’s Dinner at Opus Bar & Grill 
For this memorable event, surprise your significant other with an exclusive three-course candlelight dinner complemented with a glass of champagne on the house. Be welcomed by the searing flames from the open-flame charcoal grill as the chefs diligently prepare the menu to promise an unforgettable evening. Begin with a sustainable seafood starter of charcoal-grilled Marine Stewardship Council-certified (MSC) scallops and Aquaculture Stewardship Council-certified (ASC) salmon confit with smoked heirloom tomatoes, green lentil salad and mozzarella salsa. Choose between two main courses including Westholme wagyu beef marble score six with Maine lobster tail, herbed potato gratin, asparagus and black truffle sauce or opt for the luscious MSC-certified Glacier 51 toothfish fillet with Maine lobster tail, MSC-certified white clams, coco beans and crustacean bisque. Complete the meal with a smoky Opalys white chocolate rose with grilled red peaches complemented with a refreshing zesty yuzu sorbet.
