As the ultimate expression of understated elegance, all 19 villas promise more space and privacy than any of the resort’s other accommodation options. Discerning travellers looking to relax can choose from a selection of one, two or three bedroom villa categories in a secluded enclave just 50m from Grand Nikko Bali’s front entrance.

The villas, together with a shared lounge facility, were designed by Grounds Kent Architecture Australia. The overall look is contemporary yet blends in with the surrounding environment. Award-winning interior design consultancy firm, James Park Associates (JPA) based in Singapore, is responsible for creating elegant interiors that are infused with traditional Balinese touches.

Each villa comes with a master suite featuring a king size bed and matching teak furnishings, plus a large LCD television and BOSE audio system. A beautifully carved daybed, with a rollaway bed underneath, is positioned below a large picture window as a comfortable place to sit and read. A spacious walk-in closet and powder room leads to an opulent bathroom with his and hers vanity counters displaying a range of organic amenities. A stunning chandelier hangs over a free-standing, egg-shaped bath tub. Separate shower and toilet cubicles are positioned on either side. The bathroom also opens out to a leafy garden area with an outdoor shower.

Those travelling with family and friends will appreciate everything that the three-bedroom Samudera Villa has to offer. This superb two-storey villa comes with sliding floor-to- ceiling glass windows that can be opened wide to catch the sea breeze. A 15m private pool faces the ocean and the whole outdoor area is enhanced by a pair of gazebos.
