A  la carte menu choices featuring all three Hokkaido crab types include a tasting platter; assorted crab sushi (nigiri, sushi roll and gunkan); and crab hot pot.

Among many specialty dishes bringing out the delicious flavors of Hokkaido crab are the chef’s Snow Crab Tempura, Crab Meat and Avocado Salad, Fried Tofu with Crab Meat Sauce, Crab Dumpling, King Crab Steak, Crab Miso and Mixed Crab Congee.

At weekends only (Saturday and Sunday), guests likewise can savor an extraordinary crab course at baht 3,500++ per person and baht 8,000 per 2 person.
