The Cambridge Suite
In tones of deep aubergine, pearl, lavender and silver, the elegant Cambridge Suite’s gracefully understated décor is inspired by the English countryside’s flowers and nature. Walls painted in soft grey with pearlescent accents along with original panel moulding welcome guests as they enter into this dream setting. Guests can enjoy a dry bar, library nook, and dining table. The dazzling bedroom features a drapery wall at the headboard, custom casegoods and a large walk-in closet complete with integrated shoe storage, drawers and dressing table with ottoman. The starting rate per night for the Cambridge Suite is $1,500 Sunday-Thursday /$2,000 Friday & Saturday.
The Buckingham Balcony Suite
The Buckingham Suite, located in the hotel’s historic Main Building, has been restored to its early 1900s prestige and character. The stately suite, believed to have been the original presidential accommodation of the hotel, features built-in bookcases, wood paneling and a fireplace. Its design was heavily inspired by a 1930s cigar room, and features rich chocolate and sable colored leather, brushed bronze and copper metals, and ember orange accents. A chevron patterned wood floor has been refinished and re-stained to showcase its original glory and designers also retained the suite’s original chandeliers and wall sconces. The distinctive suite also boasts two unique features; a spacious enclosed glass balcony overlooking downtown San Francisco, and a dry bar hidden behind a “secret” door. The suite lends itself perfectly to both business meetings and high-end events. Modern amenities including a television disguised behind a mirror, new glass shower, USB power and tech accessibility have been added along with an updated closet with integrated shoe storage, drawers, and lighting. This suite accommodates up to 20 people for entertaining and can be connected to a Main Building Suite. The starting rate per night for the Buckingham Balcony Suite is $2,000 Sunday-Thursday /$3,000 Friday & Saturday.
The Napoleon Two-Bedroom Suite
Inspired by the story of Napoléon Bonaparte and his beloved Josephine, the Napoleon Suite, located on the 2nd floor of the Main Building, has been rebuilt into a spectacular family-friendly, two-bedroom suite complete with a pantry and living room. This spacious suite sleeps 6 with a King bed in the Master bedroom and 2 Queen beds in the second bedroom and offers 2.5 bathrooms. The suite’s color palate of teal, copper and dove gray was inspired by Josephine’s “Room of Mirrors” in the Empress’ apartment in Versailles. The master bedroom boasts views of San Francisco’s city skyline, as seen out of the window from the strikingly romantic linen draped canopy bed with a gathered fabric topper. The master bathroom has been completely renovated with new Carrera marble, large shower, luxury tile accent wall, with an additional view of the city’s skyline and Transamerica pyramid. In the cozy living room, a feature wall with metallic wallcovering frames the space. The suite features USB power and tech accessibility, as well as the option to include the separate bedroom with two queen beds. Equally well suited for an unforgettable romantic getaway or multi-generational stay, the Napoleon Suite is a particularly perfect bridal suite option for getting ready on a wedding day with many beautiful photo opportunities to capture special memories. This suite accommodates up to 8 people for entertaining. The starting rate per night for the Napoleon Two-Bedroom Suite is $2,000 Sunday-Thursday /$3,000 Friday & Saturday.
The Diplomat Tony Bennett Suite
The Diplomat Suite, also known as the Tony Bennett Suite, pays homage to the artist who left his heart in San Francisco, and first performed the signature tune in the hotel in 1961. The suite features landscape artwork by the iconic singer and is located on the 22nd floor of the Tower Building, the spectacular suite celebrates panoramic views of the City skyline and Bay from every room. This sophisticated suite enjoys an eclectic mix of new and antique furniture displaying a black, sunflower yellow, and silver theme. Guests can gather at the large round dining table that is perfect for high-end meetings or celebrating special events. The luxurious bedroom has been redesigned to feature a new accent wall with built-in drapery and mirrors that reflect the stunning surrounding San Francisco views. Cuddle up on the chaise lounge in the bedroom to view the sunrise, or enjoy watching sail boats pass on the water in this one-of-a-kind suite. An updated bathroom includes a new vanity, glass shower and a whirlpool tub, while retaining its breathtaking view of the City skyline. The suite also now includes new built-in millwork with a private pull out bar and media hub for the tech-savvy guest. This suite easily accommodates up to 20 people for entertaining and can be connected to a Signature King Room to create a Two-Bedroom Suite. The starting rate per night for the Diplomat Tony Bennett Suite is $3,000 Sunday-Thursday /$5,000 Friday & Saturday.
The Fairmont Presidential Suite
The Fairmont Suite has been stunningly reimagined through the extensive renovation of this premier accommodation, which boasts panoramic views from the 23rd floor of the hotel’s Tower Building. The suite, which is the largest of the hotel’s five specialty suites, dazzles with a gold, copper, and granite color scheme, inspired by the mines that brought so many to the region and rock foundation of Nob Hill upon which the hotel sits. Finally, silver accents symbolize the fortune gained by James Graham Fair’s silver mines, which enabled his daughters to construct The Fairmont hotel. The suite’s spacious living room includes a dining table, a large lounging sectional and custom furniture pieces throughout. A new millwork cabinet features a private pull out bar and new television with media hub for the tech savvy traveler. The expansive suite boasts a newly constructed master bathroom, which dazzles in all Carrera marble. The bathroom includes a double vanity, new glass shower, an infinity bathtub that overlooks the city, and a dressing table. The master bedroom features an upholstered headboard wall in cream leather panels and silver accents. This suite accommodates up to 20 people for entertaining and can be connected to a Signature King Room to create a Two-Bedroom Suite. The starting rate per night for the Fairmont Presidential Suite is $3,000 Sunday-Thursday /$5,000 Friday & Saturday.
