Austin’s most exclusive table is once again open for reservations.
Following several successful spring events, TRIO’s Out on the Lawn dinner series will return to the back lawn ofFour Seasons Hotel Austin next month. Each event’s stunning setting – overlooking the banks of Lady Bird Lake beneath towering Texas oaks and twinkling string lights – combines with a creatively themed multi-course menu and live entertainment for an unforgettable Austin dining experience.

September: Truffles and Mushrooms
- September 17, 2015 at 6:30 pm – USD 95 per person
Burgundy truffle season kicks off this month, making it the perfect time to bring this gastronomic experience to Austin. The unmistakable flavour and aroma of truffles, as well as other varieties in the mushroom family, will complement each course of this unique meal. Guests will finish the evening with two types of dessert truffles – a sweet Bourbon chocolate truffle and a mushroom chantilly-filled eclair with mushroom meringue.

In celebration of National Seafood Month, TRIO turns to the Texas Gulf for inspiration for this spectacular sea-to-plate dinner. Menu highlights will include raw, grilled and fried dishes, such as oysters, crab and corn fritters and grilled catch-of-the-day.
- November 12, 2015 at 6:30 pm – USD 95 per person
Offered in partnership with Valrhona, considered one of the world’s best chocolatiers, this dinner features chocolate in both its sweet and savoury forms. French wine pairings – paying homage to Valrhona’s Lyon and Rhône roots – will complete the decadent experience.
