With tickets sold out months in advance, cheeky Irish-born chef and My Kitchen Rules (MKR) judge charmed guests at the Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains – MGallery by Sofitel over the weekend, with two exceptional culinary events.
Fassnidge joined forces with Fairmont Resort Blue Mountain’s culinary team and executive chef John Slaughter for an intimate masterclass and four-course gala dinner.
A charismatic Fassnidge, turned on loads of charm and enjoyed laughs from the audience as he interacted with them and educated them on his signature nose-to-tail cooking philosophy. After the masterclass, Fassnidge signed copies of his books and posed for selfies with his fans.
Laughs aside, Fassnidge also opened up and shared his passion for food and his journey to becoming one of Australia’s most celebrated chefs over an extraordinary four-course gala dinner, paired with a range of impressive regional NSW wines.
