For diners in the restaurant looking for a lighter option amidst the classic dishes, the Prawn & Pomelo Salad (HK$ 120) a mixed of chilled market prawns, toasted coconut and cilantro, would be the ideal option.

In addition to the above, classic raw dishes are also available at the bar as well as on the dining side of the venue. Guests can enjoy aDaily Selection of Oysters (at Market Price) paired with green chili seafood sauce, fried shallots and herbs. The raw bar also servesChilled Dungeness Crab (Half and Whole at Market Price) with red chili sauce and aioli.
