FCM Travel Solutions, a leading global travel management company, announces the appointment of Jade Lynch as Strategic Head of Marketing and Alvin Choo as Digital Marketing Director for the Asia office. Both appointments support the company’s strategic objectives for Asia in its commitment to propel
its business forward.

Jade joins from Flight Centre Americas, where she worked on six of Flight Centre Travel Group’s corporate brands with a principal focus for FCM Travel Solutions (Flight Centre Travel Group is the parent brand of FCM Travel Solutions). There, the marketing maven elevated the FCM brand through an increased focus on digital marketing, thought leadership and events, through the extensive B2B and B2C travel industry experience which she brought across from UK. In her new role in Asia, Jade will be responsible for accelerating and driving acquisition, supporting the sales cycle and encouraging retention of current businesses in Asia. There will be an increased focus on
digital marketing and communications strategies to improve messaging and drive overall brand awareness in the region. She will also introduce a strong emphasis on content and thought leadership to the strategy by using the knowledge and expertise of the FCM team and working with event partners to ensure maximisation of all education opportunities in Asia.

Alvin Choo is a digital marketing specialist with more than nine years of experience in diverse consumer and enterprise digital marketing strategy roles.

His exposure in the travel and hospitality space saw him in roles where he set up strategies for websites and digital channels to improve online performance while developing and overseeing brands’ digital reporting framework. Alvin also led his own digital agency in between his travel and hospitality stints, managing digital content, engagement and conversion optimization for brands in both B2B and B2C sectors. In this newly created role, Alvin will be responsible for setting
up and managing the brand’s digital marketing roadmap including content development, engagement and lead conversion strategies to amplify the company’s online presence and drive acquisition.
